scuba-divingSouth Africa and Mozambique both offer a wide variety of scuba diving and snorkelling attractions and conditions, catering for all sorts of scuba diving holidays.

Mozambique

For an unrivalled beach and diving holiday, visit Bazaruto or Quirimbas Archipelago in Mozambique. Here, warm water, good visibility, colourful reefs and plentiful marine life combine to offer high quality snorkelling and dives for all levels.

South Africa

The idyllic beach conditions, warm, clear waters and proximity to the game reserves of KwaZulu Natal make the northern Zululand coast an ideal destination for combining a diving or beach holiday with game viewing.

For the more experienced, the KwaZulu Natal south coast is home to seven different shark species including the famous great white, and offers spectacular shark dives. The shallower reefs display delicate fan corals and colourful variety of invertebrates. June brings the annual sardine run and accompanying game fish.

The kelp forests and cold waters of the Cape offer excellent wreck dives and diving with seals, dolphins or penguins. The famous cage dives off False Bay allow close encounters with one of the ocean’s most formidable predators: the great white shark.
